The Gold Note PH-5.2 is a compact, fully analog MM/MC phono preamplifier designed to deliver high-quality vinyl playback with extensive cartridge and EQ flexibility. It features selectable RIAA, Decca London, and American Columbia equalization curves, each with an Enhanced option that extends the response up to 50 kHz, along with adjustable gain and cartridge loading.
A color touchscreen provides quick, intuitive access to all settings and can store configurations for one MM and one MC cartridge. Its discrete analog signal path, high-quality relay switching, upgraded power supply, and black anodized aluminum chassis are designed to reduce noise while improving dynamics, detail, and overall clarity.
The PH-5.2 follows the design philosophy of Gold Note's PH-10 and PH-1000, bringing many of their technologies into a more compact and accessible phono stage.
