We had another successful Vinyl Friday with a bunch of new faces coming by to get their records cleaned and their turntables set up. Handsome John came by with his SP1215 Technics turntable with a Jelco tonearm. We replaced his old Shure M97 and replaced it with a Ortofon 2M Blue and made him a very happy man. Matt and Rob spent an hour listening to the Nottingham 294, Soundsmith, Devialet , Nordost, Shunyata and Wilson Audio system. They listened to Cowboy Junkies, Fink and Coleman Hawkings. Stay tuned as the Sound Room will hopefully have some Vinyl to sell for the next Vinyl friday. We are just setting up an account with Universal records and will be bringing in some interesting music. We served some local beers too, including Parallel 49, Red Truck amongst others plus we had some San Pelligrino for the T-totalers. Look forward to seeing you at the next one.
